- Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:
- Project cancellation requested within 7 days of payment and before significant work has begun.
- Non-delivery of the agreed service due to unforeseen reasons from our end.
- Non-Refundable Situations
- Once the project scope is approved and work has commenced.
- If the client delays the project due to lack of communication or resource availability.
- Change in project requirements or goals after the initial agreement.
- Work completed as per initial agreement but client dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.
- Refund Process
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- A processing fee (if applicable) may be deducted.
- Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a service by notifying us in writing at info@rabidinfotech.net. Applicable charges will be deducted based on work completed up to the point of cancellation.
