  1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

    • Project cancellation requested within 7 days of payment and before significant work has begun.
    • Non-delivery of the agreed service due to unforeseen reasons from our end.
  1. Non-Refundable Situations
    • Once the project scope is approved and work has commenced.
    • If the client delays the project due to lack of communication or resource availability.
    • Change in project requirements or goals after the initial agreement.
    • Work completed as per initial agreement but client dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.
  1. Refund Process
    • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
    • A processing fee (if applicable) may be deducted.
  1. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service by notifying us in writing at info@rabidinfotech.net. Applicable charges will be deducted based on work completed up to the point of cancellation.
